What is the Blue Fund?

The Blue Fund invites donors to join forces and, in partnership, fund a full seven year education and boarding at Christ’s Hospital, for children in need.

Our Goal

The Blue Fund aims to raise £226,000 to cover the cost of the full seven year education at Christ's Hospital for a child in need.

Thank you to our 355 donors who have collectively raised £63,086 so far.

We are enormously grateful to all those who have pledged to giving regularly (monthly, quarterly, or annually) to continuously support young people at the School

Funds raised towards the next Blue Fund will support one of the 18 places for the Bright Futures campaign.

Our Blue Fund Pupils

Our first Blue Fund pupil, Tom, joined CH in September 2017. Tegan, our second Blue Fund pupil, joined the School in September 2018. Following the success of our third Blue Fund, another pupil will be joining us in September 2019. We look forward to keeping you updated with all of their successes at School through the Housey newsletter and social media.

Where does the money go?

Your donation provides first class free and supported education at Christ's Hospital for young people from disadvantaged and modest backgrounds with the potential to succeed in life.

Christ’s Hospital transforms lives in a way that no other educational establishment in the UK can match.

We ensure every pupil, regardless of their social or financial background, receives the highest standard of education, as well as the support and encouragement to develop their skills and talents to help them reach their full potential.

Your participation matters!

The Blue Fund succeeds only as a collective effort; every gift, regardless of size, makes a tangible difference. Even a small increase in the percent of participation, or the size of an average gift, can have a huge impact on the fund's success. By joining forces, you can help offer life changing opportunities to young people.

The 1986 Leavers and the Friends of Christ's Hospital (FCH) both have their own collective funds, separate to the Blue Fund.
