1970s Decade Leavers

The partnership of donors includes Old Blues who left Christ’s Hospital during the decade of the 1970s.

Blue Fund Champions

Peter Farnfield (Old Blue 1966-73, MaA, MdA). Peter is a Chartered Surveyor and has spent much of his career in the field of Property Fund Management and latterly as a director of Dunsfold Park, the so-called home of Top Gear! However it was for the former reasons that he was invited in 1999 to come onto the Christ’s Hospital Property Investment Committee and thence in 2002 to the Council of Almoners from which he retired in 2013. Peter maintains his links with CH in two ways: tutoring the Drum Majors and through his son Dan, who now works at Housey as a geography teacher and who is currently House Master of Mid A! Peter is married to Maureen, lives in Dorking and between them they have five children.

Tim HackshawTim Hackshaw (Old Blue 1968-75, MaB, ThA) Tim is Managing Director at Kula Water Ltd, specialists in the supply of mains fed water coolers to business. As well as running his own business, Tim has been involved in sales and marketing for over 20 years, working for large blue chip organisations.
